Service Description
The Light Center presents, Sacred House, a one day retreat. This unique program is designed to establish transformation, vibrancy and alignment in our lives. The Sacred House refers to that which we are, body, mind, spirit in connection with all. This program utilizes therapeutic music as a guiding light, with practical and inspirational take home applications. Based upon music therapy principles, and knowledge gathered from many paths and healing modalities, participants will experience live and recorded music, gentle movement activities, sound and vibrational calibration, opportunities for expression, and deep meditative insights. Participants will have the opportunity to design their personal blueprint of their sacred path.
